Refund Policy

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or manufactured. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 180 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to officially post. Next, contact your bank. It usually takes some time for a refund to be issued. If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact service@whrnd.com. Please contact our customer service at service@whrnd.com to obtain a volume address.
If the return is made by the consumer, the consumer will be responsible for the shipping costs. The specific rate should be based on the shipping company you choose.

If the delivered goods are damaged or incorrect for reasons for which we are responsible, the consumer is not obliged to bear the shipping costs.

Consumers do not have to pay a restocking fee for returning a product.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirmation. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will automatically be credited to your credit card or original method of payment within 180 days.
